“I sometimes get nervous about reading my poetry to people. It’s not about what other people will think of me, but if they’ll understand it. Then a friend once asked me: “does it really matter if anybody understands you?”

I also talked about it with a photographer and he said that he doesn’t care about what other people think when they look at his photographs. These photos are not him. This helped me a lot. It really doesn’t matter.”

About 500 Coffees ☕️

I'm on a mission to get coffee with 500 strangers from all over the world. I want to speak to humans everywhere about their lives and how they experience the world. And cafes are the perfect place for this. Comfortable, cosy, illuminated with a cacophony of other human voices.
