On this week’s episode I try something a little different. I recently attended a ten day Vipassana meditation course, and rather than your typical interview, I open up and share about my experience. These courses are an intense 10 days of 4am wake ups and 10+ hours meditation a day, and on this episode I dive into how I coped and what I learnt from this experience.
